논문내용 Despite recent social factors such as the Korean wave, Drinking alone, Covid-19, and technological factors such as the platform based on the technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution, and policy factors such as the national strategy efforts, our recognition and spread of traditional liquors still fall short of expectations. Since previous researches were limited to intrinsic analysis such as the representation of traditional liquor and component analysis, in this study, We analyzed quantification data of the traditional online liquors retail platforms. To establish a standard data set that can use in traditional liquor through systematic sensory evaluation and quantification of product information. We have designed and quantified the integrated data of traditional liquors. To establish the integrated traditional liquors data, four experts tested the 69 breweries that produce Hansan Sogok liquors with a local special liquor license. We selected the integrated traditional liquor data from 91 Hansan Sogok liquors from the breweries that sell products by six experts. We will release this data after supplementing the data of other main types of traditional liquors. We expect this study to replace the taste evaluation data of traditional liquor, which is limited to subjective evaluation of a specific platform, revitalize the traditional liquor industry, and become a fundamental study to establish integrated traditional liquor data used for general purpose.
